You do not need to have a child entered in the race to participate in these contests!

To accept your prize, you must correctly answer a skill-testing question.

Acceptance of Rules

Terms and Conditions for Joshua Group Events

Introduction:
Welcome to The Joshua Group's Kids & Karts Soap Box Derby. By registering for this event and/or participating in any contests, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

KIDS AND KARTS DERBY RACE (REGISTRATION TAB)
1. Participants in the Kids & Karts Soap Box Derby must fall within their respective age categories as listed (Class A: Ages 10-12, Class B: Ages 13-14).
2. Derby Race Registration: Legal guardians can register thier child via the provided form under the REGISTRATION tab.

CONTEST ELIGIBILITY (CONTEST TAB):
1. Participants must be at least 19 years old to enter the contests.

2. We ask that participants share this event and contest with at least two other adults or post it on your social media platforms.

3. One entry per person per contest (ie An individual can enter each contest)

4. Contest entries must include the participant’s name, email, phone number, city, postal code, and chosen contest.

5. No purchase is necessary to enter or win the contests.

6. The contest winner must correctly answer a skill-testing question prior to accepting a prize.

7. Prizes and specific details will vary by contest. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other value.

8. The Joshua Group reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or who has provided false information.

9. By entering the event or any contest, participants agree to release The Joshua Group, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents free from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the event or the contests.

10. By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of The Joshua Group, which are final and binding in all respects. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.

11. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the event and contests, and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s written consent, except as necessary for the administration of the event or as required by law.

12. The Joshua Group reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes will be posted on the official event website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
